Anti-atherosclerotics

Anti-atherosclerotic: decreases the risk of atherosclerosis

Anti-atherosclerotic/Hypolipidemics support healthy elasticity and normal thickness of arterial walls, preventing atherosclerosis. They naturally lower cholesterol and lipid levels in the blood, acting as blood thinners. They also serve as antioxidants, decreasing general inflammation in the body. They are indicated when bloodwork shows high homocysteine levels, an abnormally high lipid panel, high CRP (C-reactive protein), or any other indicators that would lead to concern about atherosclerosis.
